Our primary goal is to help you start and grow your business, so we've tried to keep membership fees as low as we can in an organized, tiered, easy-to-understand membership structure that can grow with your business. At the bottom of this page you'll also see additional a la carte amenities that you can add on as your business needs grow.
To make this even easier for you, membership is month-to-month, so there’s no long term commitment. We believe the most important thing you can do to get your career or business launched is get in here. So we’ve got a range of membership levels that can meet your needs and fits your budget, no matter what stage your business is at. Here are our basic membership levels, all of which are explained below, or download the current membership rate sheet at the link above.

Membership Levels
DROP-IN PASS (1-day) - $10/day
Drop in weekdays 7am-7pm (and on Saturday), as many times as you want in a month. Use any open desk and take your stuff home with you at the end of the day. Access to wifi, printing, coffee, conference rooms and community included.
So you’re not quite ready to join as a monthly member yet? Drop-in on just the days you need. Make sure you call/email ahead if you’ve never visited us before, so that we can make sure you can get in. (You will need to make a refundable $5 deposit to get a key.)
Here’s the amenities you’ll have access to with a drop-in pass:
- Space access from 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday
- An open, collaborative & supportive working environment
- Big tables & comfy chairs
- High-speed wi-fi & ethernet
- High-speed copier and laser printer, pay per print/copy (.07 b&w / .12 color)
- Small conference room access
- Fresh brewed coffee
- High-speed bulk scanning
- Shredding & confidential document destruction
- Faxing services (long distance rates may apply)
- Break room with refrigerator access & beverages/soda/snacks for purchase
- All utilities, daily cleaning services
- Indoor bike parking
- Notary Public
- Work room with paper cutter, stapler and other basic collating supplies
- Access to the growing regional entrepreneurial & creative community
- Information about upcoming workshops, classes, meet-ups & events
- Central location in the heart of downtown; walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, banks, bars, theaters, drug store, post office, library, copy shop, etc.

UNLIMITED DROP-IN PASS - $99/month $199/month

Not planning on working full-time out of the space, but want a business address and plan to make regular appearances? Then an unlimited drop-in pass might be just about right.
An UNLIMITED DROP-IN PASS includes all of the amenities of the DROP-IN PASS above, plus:
- Professional business address, mail delivery & package reception
- Extended space access weekdays from 7am-7pm and Saturday 7am-5pm
- 50 free black and white prints (additional print charged at a cost of 7 cents b&w / 12 cents full-color)
- Keyless entry card for accessing the space
- Formal and informal mentors & collaborators to help grow your business
- Free and discounted tickets to area events for entrepreneurs & creatives
- Access to a la carte amenity options (extra lockable storage, parking, phone line, etc)

DEDICATED DESK - $179/month $249/month
Work weekdays 7am-7pm (and Saturday) at a big desk that’s all your own and leave your stuff there every night, lockable storage in addition to all the benefits of the unlimited drop-in pass.

A DEDICATED DESK MEMBERSHIP includes all the amenities of the UNLIMITED DROP-IN PASS above, plus:
- Room and security to leave your stuff at a desk (that’s all your own) overnight
- 75 free black and white prints (additional charged at a cost of 7 cents b&w / 12 cents full-color)
- Free access to coworking spaces in Des Moines, Cedar Falls and Pella, Iowa
- Lockable filing cabinet

PRIVATE OFFICE - $349/month $450/month
Work in the privacy of a closed door office that will seat 1 to 3 employees. Get the benefits of coworking with privacy when you need it. Ideal for startups and businesses with multiple employees who need a little privacy. 24-7 access, professional business address, plus access to wifi, printing, coffee, 100 free prints, conference rooms and community included.
You’ve got your business off the ground, maybe you’ve got a few employees of your own! Enjoy the benefits of a collaborative open workplace, with a little more privacy and a dedicated space.
All the amenities of the UNLIMITED DROP-IN PASS and DEDICATED DESK MEMBERSHIP above, plus:
- 24-7 hour office access
- Private, lockable office space that can accommodate 1-3 employees
- 100 free black and white prints (additional charged at a cost of 7 cents b&w / 12 cents full-color)
A LA CARTE ADD-ON OPTIONS:
A la carte add-ons are intended for those monthly members who may need additional services:
- Private phone line: (voice mail to email, low rate long distance): $20/billing period + long distance
- Parking pass (nearby garage): $48/month
- Parking pass (surface parking, short walk): $20-$25/month
- Hourly Parking (Vault's building, pay-on-exit): 75 cents/hour
- Hourly Parking (metered street parking, pay-by-mobile option): 85 cents/hour
- Easel rental: $5/day
- Large conference space (by the hour): AVAILABLE FOR RENT
- Lockable secure bank vault storage (limited space): AVAILABLE FOR RENT
