TWO Things to Know About Vault

  1. We're serious about getting things done. This is a space for high growth entrepreneurs and serious creative professionals who want to immerse themselves in a diverse community of like-minded people that want to grow their companies without the fuss (or price) of managing their own office.
  2. Vault is not a "standard" office space or cube farm, its a "new way of working" that is rapidly expanding globally; its also part of a growing community of entrepreneurs and creatives in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City region that extends across the Silicon Prairie.

TWO Things That Don't Fly at Vault

Vault isn't for everyone. You might not fit here if your primary interest is:

  1. Because its the cheapest rent in town.
  2. To sell your products or services to other members.

What is coworking?

Coworking is a new style of work which involves a shared working environment, yet independent activity. Unlike in a typical office environment, those coworking are usually not employed by the same company. Coworking is often attractive to entrepreneurs, creatives, tech developers, work-at-home professionals, independent contractors, or people who travel frequently who end up working in relative isolation.

Coworking is the social gathering of a group of people, who are still working independently, but who share values, and who are interested in the synergy that can happen from working with talented people in the same space.

Coworking offers a solution to the problem of isolation that many experience while working in a home office or in coffee shops, while at the same time letting them escape the distractions of home.
